FAQ
Pricing, your data, contracts, and how the AI behaves.
General
I build and run AI-powered tools for local Tamworth businesses — job scheduling with voice transcription, missed-call recovery, website enquiry forms, and automated social media drafts, among others. Each one is set up and maintained by me personally for your business specifically, not a generic template you configure yourself.
Yes — I live right here in Tamworth, NSW. This isn't outsourced or run out of a call centre somewhere else; every tool is built and looked after personally by me, for businesses in my own community.
The Base package starts from $149/month, covering everything on the Services page as one connected system, with no setup fee ever. Extras are priced on top to fit what your business actually needs — get in touch for a full quote.
No — whatever you sign up at is locked in for as long as you stay a client, even if pricing changes for new customers down the track.
No long lock-in — you can cancel any time, with 7 days' notice so nothing stops abruptly.
You've got a 14-day money-back guarantee — if it's not working out in the first two weeks, let me know and I'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
No — that's the whole point. Most tools need no logins or technical setup on your end at all; I handle the build and configuration, you just start using it.
Yes — genuinely required, and it needs to already be separate from your personal number before we start. The automation can't tell your mates and family apart from customers: every missed call on that number gets the same auto text-back, so mixing the two means personal contacts end up getting it too. The number itself doesn't have to be new to your customers — it just needs to be one used for business only, with missed calls forwarding across to a new dedicated number behind the scenes.
Yes — that's a real advantage of working with someone local instead of a big SaaS platform. Every tool is built and configured specifically for your business (branding, tone, the details of how you actually work), not a rigid template everyone gets the same version of.
Value
The core value is jobs you'd otherwise lose. A missed call that goes unanswered, or an enquiry that sits unread overnight, often means that customer's already called the next business on the list by the time you get to it. One recovered job a month typically covers the Base package on its own — everything beyond that is time back in your day.
Doing it yourself costs your own time, not money — but that time usually comes from admin done after hours, or a job you're mid-way through when the phone rings. This isn't about doing something you couldn't already do yourself; it's about not having to be the one who does it, so your time goes back into billable work.
Immediately. The very next missed call or voice note after setup is already captured and working for you — nothing slips through from day one.
Yes — review count and how recent they are is a real ranking factor Google uses for local search results, not just a trust signal for customers reading them. A steady stream of fresh reviews genuinely helps you appear higher when someone searches for what you do nearby. The Automated Review Requester is built for exactly this — a review link goes out the moment a job's marked done, while the experience is still fresh in the customer's mind.
Data & privacy
Every enquiry, job, and call summary is backed up into a Google Sheet dedicated to your business. You get full Viewer access to your own Sheet — see it, export it, or ask for a copy any time.
The base package doesn't require any special access — only tools that connect to services such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google need it. Only the one specific, scoped permission a particular tool actually needs — never a full admin login. What each tool needs is listed clearly on the Services page.
You can ask to stop using any tool at any time, and request a copy or deletion of any data held outside your dedicated Sheet — see the Privacy page for the full detail.
How the AI behaves
The tools are deliberately boxed in to what your business has actually told them — pricing, services, policies. If a customer asks something outside that, it redirects rather than guessing.
No — anything that could go out publicly, like social posts or review replies, is delivered as a draft for you to approve or send yourself. Nothing posts on your behalf automatically.
Support
Since I build and maintain every tool myself, you reach me directly rather than a support queue or call centre.
Yes — get in touch about what's changed and I'll adjust or add to what's already set up.
