Only what a specific tool needs to do its job — and only for the tools you actually use. Depending on which services you're using, that may include: enquiry details submitted through your enquiry form, voice notes and job summaries you choose to record, customer reviews and messages we help you respond to, and any spreadsheet you choose to upload for the Business Insights Dashboard.
Each tool uses Anthropic's Claude AI (and, for voice-note tools, a transcription service) to generate drafts, summaries, or answers. Under Anthropic's standard API terms, data sent through the API is not used to train their models.
Anything AI-generated that could go out publicly — social posts, review replies, messages — is either delivered to you as a draft to send yourself, or held for a one-tap approval. Nothing posts on your behalf automatically.
For businesses using the Social Media Poster, connecting your Facebook Page lets the tool publish a drafted caption (with a photo you attach, if any) directly to that Page and its linked Instagram account — but only when you tap "Publish" on a specific post. We never post, schedule, or edit anything on your Page without that explicit tap. A photo you attach is stored on our platform so Facebook/Instagram can fetch and publish it — the photo itself is marketing content you're about to make public anyway, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Every enquiry, job note, and call summary is written straight into a Google Sheet dedicated to your business, kept on our Tamworth AI Services platform account rather than scattered across personal accounts. You're given full Viewer access to your own Sheet — you can see everything, export it, or request a copy at any time — while we keep it locked to accidental edits and can step in and fix anything if something ever goes wrong.
Day-to-day processing happens on our server just long enough to generate your result. We don't keep a separate long-term copy of your customer data beyond what's needed to operate the tool.
You can ask us to stop using any tool at any time.
You can request a copy of, or deletion of, any data we hold outside your dedicated Sheet.
We never ask for your website backend, hosting login, or full admin access to any account — only the specific, named permission a tool needs, clearly marked on our services list.
